Held this
12th & 13th of September 2009
From 10am-6pm Sat. & 10am-5pm Sun.

Come and join us for a weekend of revelry and intrigue!
This year at the Shaver faire is set in the early years of the Age of Exploration, in the 1560's. During this time many famous explorers and privateers came into fame, among them, Grainne Ni Mhaille (Grace O'malley as she was called by the English) the pirate queen of Ireland, Sir Francis Drake, and Sir Walter Raleigh. You'll find them and more at the faire. You will also find fine wares and scrumptious fare here by the Lake. The festivities will include acts of acrobatics, humor, and great skill. There will be stories told, games played, and much dancing. So come join us, there will be Pirates, feasting,  revelry, and pirates!

This just in: $1 beers, Food for under $4 including turkey legs and hot dogs. Great family event!

New Feature to be added soon!: We will be adding a page where the Queen will answer your questions about what it is like being royalty or questions about the time period or any other questions. You can send your questions to the Queen at queen@shaverfaire.com.
